East Coast Derby Extravaganza 2010 is the fourth annual roller derby tournament held by the Philly Rollergirls at The Sportsplex in Feasterville, PA.  There will be 21 sanctioned bouts.  Teams may elect to play one bout or two.  The pre-registration cost is $350: it does not change if you sign up for one bout or two.  We will accept as many teams as it takes to fill the 21 available bout slots.

Pre-registration does not guarantee your team a slot at ECE2010.  Pre-registration enters your team into a lottery: the first round of this lottery, seven picks, will be limited to the WFTDA East; any and all remaining WFTDA East teams will be entered into the second round of the lottery with all other pre-registered teams.

In the event that there is one bout slot left and the last team to be drawn has requested two bouts, that team will have the option of taking the one remaining slot or waiving their right to play (their payment will be refunded).  A waitlist will be drawn in order to ensure that the slot is filled.  All pre-registration payments from teams that are not drawn will be refunded as soon as these details have been resolved.
