The Delaware Valley's Finest Indoor and Outdoor Sports Complex

The Sportsplex is located in scenic Feasterville, Bucks County Pennsylvania on 20 acres of manicured ground, and is mere minutes from the PA Turnpike, I-95, and US Route 1.

The facility boasts over 100,000 square feet of indoor space, which includes three identical competition-sized roller hockey rinks surfaced with Sport Court flooring. Home to many indoor soccer and roller hockey events, the Sportsplex is also proud to host events for many other sports, including martial arts, field hockey, gymnastics, tennis, and cheerleading. The Sportsplex is a multi-purpose facility capable of being converted for trade and collectible shows, concerts, banquets, and meeting space.

The Sportsplex ground encompasses the Mill Creek Picnic Grounds which includes an Olympic sized pool, toddler pool, sand volleyball court, tether ball, horse shoe pits, miniature golf, eight clay-surface tennis courts, softball field, and outdoor soccer fields. There are still weekends available for your organization, school, graduation, or business outings. Reserve your dates for this year!

The East Coast Derby Extravaganza is a full-weekend derby event that is going into its sixth year.  Three tracks host 20+ WFTDA-sanctioned bouts, as well as another 20+ half-hour "challenge" bouts and an open scrimmage.  Please register if you wish to skate in any of the Challenge Bouts or Open Scrimmage time.  Registration is open to women's derby skaters in good standing (currently approved for bouting) with WFTDA leagues or established non-WFTDA leagues that adhere to the WFTDA ruleset.

This registration form is only for skaters - not officials, managers, or other staff/volunteers.

WFTDA, USARS, RSC, CWRDA or MRDA insurance coverage is required for all skating participants - even if your do not end up on any Challenge Bout rosters.  You will be asked for your insurance information during the registration process.  Please look up your member number before you register.  WFTDA and USARS typically provide 5-digit numbers.  USARS club codes are not the same as member numbers.  Club codes contain the text "RD" and your state abbreviation (ex: PA019RD).  Do not provide this code: it is not your member number.  The Philly Roller Girls are unable to offer single event insurance coverage for skaters or officials this year. Therefore, all skaters or skating officials must have insurance coverage through one of the aforementioned organizations.  You must provide your membership number.  If you are covered by an independent insurance plan, it is possible that your coverage may be accepted by our parent organization, WFTDA, and you will be able to participate.  We cannot, however, guarantee this acceptance.  Please email questions about insurance to ECDXReg@gmail.com prior to registering.

If your league has never participated in ECDX before, you may want to double-check that you are eligible to apply.  Ineligible applications will be rejected and no refund issued.  Please email ECDXReg@gmail.com your league information if you wish to check ahead of registering.

You will not receive an immediate confirmation letter with your registration code in it.  All registrations are processed manually within a few days of submission.  Be sure to check your SPAM box.
