The East Coast Derby Extravaganza 2011 is proud to be able to offer our skaters, support staff and fans some of the hottest trends in derby products, and other great things we think you'll love as much as we do!

Vending at ECDX 2011 is open to businesses both within and outside the roller derby industry, and represents the kinds of great relationships we're looking to cultivate with out business partners through the ECDX.

But for the at-home fans, we'll also be offering a taste of the East Coast Derby Extravaganza through online giveaways during the weekend. Watch our Live Video during the event for details about how to win cool stuff from ECDX 2011!

Vendor registrations are still being accepted on a first come/first served basis; space is limited, so register ASAP. If vendor demand exceeds space available, later registrants will be waitlisted and notified if/as space becomes available.

VENDOR INFO:

All vendor packages include an 8 foot table (uncovered) with 2 chairs and admission for 2 company representatives for the reserved day(s). Spectator passes ($40/day) must be purchased for admission during days that vendor has no table reserved or for additional representatives. Anyone who intends to skate in a challenge or WFTDA bout must be registered as a rostered or individual skater – Vendor registration provides entry to the event but DOES NOT PROVIDE ACCESS TO SKATE in WFTDA or challenge bouts!

Multiple booth spaces may be reserved. Additional tables/chairs are available to rent @ $50/table, $10/chair.
